Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or enablement within financial services.
• Strong Commercial Banking business understanding.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• People leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of measuring outcomes and reallocating effort toward high-impact work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior learning advisor to Commercial Banking executives.
• Lead discussions, set learning priorities, and challenge unclear requests.
• Translate stakeholder requests into measurable business and performance outcomes.
• Establish governance for annual and quarterly planning, demand management, sponsorship, and decision rights.
• Own the multi-year learning strategy and roadmap for Commercial Banking.
• Assess capability needs and ensure practical learning grounded in real banking scenarios.
• Oversee end-to-end program design across modalities and scale across regions.
• Partner with subject matter experts and approved vendors to deliver content.
• Define and measure success with business and learner outcomes.
• Create a continuous improvement loop and reinvest in high-impact builds.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and collaborate with other Learning Leads.
