Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensures employee clinic operations are patient centric and comply with Parkland policies and Joint Commission requirements.
• Designs and monitors clinic performance using metrics for patient experience, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Coordinates employee clinic services with other Parkland departments to improve access and value.
