Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Eight years of experience or equivalent.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily administrative, business, and clinical operations for health center/clinic populations.
• Develop action plans with triage leadership to meet service area needs.
• Improve patient satisfaction and guide issue resolution.
• Assist with facility management, space planning, cleanliness, equipment, and safety.
• Analyze operations and provide regular performance reports to Population Health administration.
• Participate in ongoing performance improvement programs.
• Contribute to short and long-term department plans and budgets.
• Participate in staff selection, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover; promote quality initiatives.
• Ensure patient processing and billing compliance with regulations and insurance collections.
