CGL is seeking a Vice President of Design to lead design initiatives and optimize workflows. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 7-9 years of experience, and expertise in design principles. This remote position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
This is a remote position. CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, the Vice President of Design spearheads new business initiatives and supervises all design activities at CGL. This critical position entails strategically directing design vision, optimizing workflows, and structuring teams to propel CGL to global excellence. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in design principles, architectural concepts, methods, and building information modeling, contributing to CGL's advancement as a leader in the industry.
The hiring range is generally between $137,500 to $178,500, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Final salaries depend on location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and experience.
