CGL is seeking a Vice President of Design to lead design initiatives, optimize workflows, and manage teams. CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally.
A Brief Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, the Vice President of Design spearheads new business initiatives and supervises all design activities at CGL. This critical position entails strategically directing design vision, optimizing workflows, and structuring teams to propel CGL to global excellence. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in design principles, architectural concepts, methods, and building information modeling, contributing to CGL's advancement as a leader in the industry.

Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $137,500 to $178,500, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
