Job summary

Chase is seeking a Consumer Banking – Deposits 2.0, Product Portfolio Operations Manager, Vice President in Columbus, OH. You will partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory and policy adherence while preparing for new launches and enhancements within the Deposits 2.0 portfolio.

You will identify operational risks, streamline processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio operations, performance optimization or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing and implementing operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in consumer banking operations, product management or portfolio management with regulatory understanding.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Legal, Risk, Compliance and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communication plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives.
• Support training programs, maturity assessments, capability development and continuous improvement practices.
• Evolve the product-line framework to align cross-product priorities and resource trade-offs.
• Implement product-level collection strategies, including controls, oversight and resourcing.
• Ensure deposits 2.0 initiatives and operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead business readiness activities for new product launches and enhancements, including process design and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, resolve operational challenges and optimize workflows.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks through controls and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory reviews.
• Foster cross-functional governance and integrate risk, control and legal considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
