Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to lead lifecycle activities and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership and partnerships across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, reliability).
• Defines target-state journeys, workflows, and processes across products and platforms.
• Translates needs into clear requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Partners with technology, architecture, design, and data teams on delivery.
• Drives integrated planning and prioritization across complex initiatives.
• Identifies risks and blockers and drives accountability.
• Uses feedback and data to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Champions modern product management practices and AI-enabled tools.
