Job summary

Hauser Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Risk to lead a portfolio of clients, delivering superior brokerage and service. You will manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and implement strategic business plans while partnering with the private equity M&A transaction service team.

This role also involves mentoring team members and driving innovative risk management strategies. As the primary Hauser contact, you will translate clients’ business strategies into insurance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a key account broker in P&C insurance (required).
• Active Resident Property & Casualty insurance License.
• Proficiency with CRM systems - Applied EPIC (agency management system preferred).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and communicate strategic service and renewal plans for each client, optimizing revenue while driving a consistent methodology across the portfolio.
• Serve as a consultative liaison between clients and insurance companies, articulating client objectives and assessing program effectiveness.
• Facilitate market submissions for renewals with complete exposure data and loss information.
• Design solutions and negotiate with carriers for optimal risk financing terms.
• Analyze risk transfer and coverage options and provide comparison deliverables.
