Job summary

Chase is seeking a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team to lead inclusive, usable product content and shape customer journeys through strategic content planning. You’ll drive critical initiatives, work with design, product, technology and risk partners, and translate voice, tone, accessibility and risk requirements into reusable content patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, architecture, and delivering scalable standards for digital products and platforms.
• Expert storytelling to clarify complex concepts for diverse audiences, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitation of workshops for product and experience design, aligning partners with competing priorities.
• Advanced technical literacy and deep understanding of content platforms and usability.
• Experience with design systems to develop scalable guidance for components, templates, and tooling.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve velocity and quality of technical documentation.
• Ability to design and operationalize content architecture with reusable models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and evolve scalable content design strategies and processes for design systems and products.
• Facilitate end-to-end discovery workshops with designers, engineers, and product managers to understand narrative and content architecture.
• Use content models and taxonomies to structure digital content guiding customers through experiences.
• Translate voice and editorial guidance into repeatable rules for agentic workflows and content platforms.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience across the customer journey.
• Coordinate lifecycle of shared standards so downstream teams adopt changes with minimal disruption.
• Define extension approaches for decentralized teams to allow domain-specific nuance within guardrails.
