  • Develop executive-ready analysis and communications that clearly explain compensation trends, drivers, risks, recommendations, and alignment to the firm’s compensation philosophy

  • Influence and partner across HR, Compensation, Finance, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, align priorities, and deliver consistent, scalable solutions

  • Analyze compensation, headcount, financial, performance, market, and workforce data to support and advise on strategic compensation decisions, differentiation, and competitive pay practices

  • Maintain strong project management discipline by managing multiple deliverables and timelines while coordinating across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to risk, control, regulatory, and policy requirements when working with sensitive workforce and compensation data
