Position Summary:

Must develop a strategy for sustainable growth, build long-term relationships with customers, create opportunities to leverage company’s expertise and technology, and assume responsibility for a multi-million-dollar revenue pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a multi-million-dollar sales revenue responsibility focused on higher education services in enrollment management.
  2. Deep understanding of technology as a service and solution in higher education. Solve client needs with imagination with the flexibility of the Company’s platforms.
  3. Ability to work independently, including creating proposals and collaterals. Lead proposal responses.
  4. Expertise and experience in market analysis, trends, marketing tasks such as product positioning. Use publicly available research, news and information to develop opportunities.
  5. Develop, maintain sales pipeline, sales CRM, develop and provide reports, forecasts, risks and opportunity reports to executive team.
  6. Collaborate with our product management to identify and deliver innovative solutions to solve customers’ operational problems as well as to recommend necessary improvements.
  7. Provide key communication and deliverables in client implementation process.
  8. Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

  1. Must consider oneself a higher education expert, show deep engagement and involvement in college and student outcomes. Must demonstrate understanding of policy, politics, and regulatory influences on higher education as a sector.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  3. Prior, demonstrated work experience for the position.

Work Environment:

  • Travel as needed for the position.
