Job Overview

SessionM, a Mastercard company, seeks top-tier strategic sales professionals to drive growth. This role is ideal for experienced software sales executives skilled in selling enterprise-level engagement and loyalty solutions to industry leaders in Retail and Consumer Services. You will work closely with existing and prospective clients as a trusted advisor, understanding their digital marketing challenges and goals, and presenting loyalty solutions that deliver significant value. You will proactively expand SessionM’s business in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop account growth by understanding SessionM’s offerings, identifying opportunities, and introducing capabilities to new clients.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and sales support teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Coordinate across departments to meet client expectations and deliverables.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product Management for seamless launches.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role, with a competitive drive.
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen.
  • Experience selling enterprise software addressing CRM, digital marketing, loyalty, or engagement.
  • Proven prospecting skills and ability to close deals with Fortune 1000 executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment handling diverse tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional, coachable, motivated, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
