Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic planning, healthcare operations, marketing, or relationship management
  • Proven success developing referral networks, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the State of Ohio

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives that drive organizational growth and expand access to behavioral health services.
  • Identify and cultivate new referral sources, payer partnerships, community collaborations, and service line expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, community organizations, employers, schools, courts, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, referral patterns, reimbursement opportunities, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish growth priorities, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Lead initiatives that increase referrals, improve admissions conversion, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, marketing, finance, and compliance leaders to ensure growth strategies support quality care and organizational objectives.
  • Represent Community Health Alliance throughout the community by promoting our mission, services, and positive outcomes.
  • Lead and develop business development, outreach, admissions, and marketing staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Monitor business development performance through data, dashboards, and CRM reporting to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
