Job summary

Community Health Alliance seeks an experienced Team Lead, Clinical Services, to supervise outpatient therapy across children, adolescents, adults, and families. The role blends leadership with direct clinical work and program development.

Qualifications

  • Must hold State of Ohio LISW or LPCC licensure.
  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure contracts, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow.
  • Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs.
  • Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences.
  • Assist the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement safety planning as needed.
  • Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming.
  • Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners.
  • Supervise clinical staff and interns, including evaluations, coaching, and productivity monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, and proper clinical documentation.
