Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Business Analysis Manager in Lifestyle to bring order to complex initiatives. You will coordinate multi-team efforts, manage timelines, and strengthen operational readiness for launches, ensuring customer experiences remain strong while maintaining risk controls.

You will build simple, scalable processes, train teams, and develop actionable reporting to improve visibility and decision-making across Dining and Lifestyle initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, controls, and/or marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven process improvement skills with documented workflows and SOPs.
• Experience partnering with legal, risk, compliance, or controls stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team workstreams to improve consistency, documentation, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies for launches.
• Partner with legal, risk, controls, and compliance to implement governance practices.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Create and maintain process documentation and train teams for consistent execution.
• Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support remediation by assessing root cause, impact, and corrective actions.
• Lead change management to align initiatives with broader strategy.
• Centralize third-party oversight for suppliers including due diligence and contracts.
• Maintain supplier inventory and relationship contacts with governance in mind.
• Manage creative freelancer processes including onboarding, contracting, and payments.
