Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager, Vice President, to lead a Manage & Service initiative focused on scalable self-service capabilities across channels. You will shepherd the customer lifecycle from onboarding to issue resolution and ongoing account security, guiding product launches and gathering feedback to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Design & Content, Data & Analytics, and Technology to drive the roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities and translate complex problems into clear roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to informs roadmaps.
• Owns backlog and aligns it with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds success metrics for cost, features, reliability and risk posture.
• Drives the roadmap for servicing capabilities to improve digital servicing.
• Translates company objectives into actionable team goals and ensures alignment.
• Analyzes experiments and metrics to plan iterative enhancements.
• Collaborates with Design, Data, Analytics and Technology to prioritize roadmaps.
