Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Financial Analysis in Lending Finance to drive pricing strategy, forecasting, and management reporting for the retail lending portfolio. You will translate business cases into financial performance analyses and provide actionable insights to leaders shaping strategic decisions.

You will partner with Product, Risk and Compliance, overseeing pricing economics, governance and data-driven decision making while building scalable processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, analytics, pricing, or business management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven analysis to solve complex problems.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building business cases and connecting analysis to decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with data mining capability.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Risk, Credit Decisioning, Legal and Compliance to shape pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain financial analysis models with clear documentation.
• Support evaluation of pricing and discount requests via profitability analysis.
• Oversee pricing economics and governance of key assumptions.
• Maintain pricing parameters, grids, floors, ceilings, and segmentation.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and translate findings into recommendations.
• Improve processes and enable modernization through centralized data and tools.
