Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President, Experiences Strategy to lead strategy and execution for customer-first events and activations across Lifestyle. You will partner with card teams and Connected Commerce to translate priorities into clear plans, governance, and high-quality execution.

You will report to the Executive Director, Experiences Strategy & Execution, working in our NYC office 5 days a week, shaping measurable outcomes through performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in strategy, marketing strategy, or PM.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a core experiential strategy aligned with card products and firm objectives.
• Communicate strategic roadmap to stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Create presentation materials for partners, events, and card benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Understand profit, loss, and economics of customer benefits.
• Leverage insights to develop strategic event offerings.
• Prepare analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Contribute to executive materials and present analyses to seniors.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
