Chase seeks a Vice President of Shopping Innovation & AI Strategy to guide the digital shopping transformation within Consumer & Community Banking. You will set the vision to modernize deposit shopping, lead agentic AI strategies, and drive AI-enabled customer journeys with measurable impact.

You will partner across disciplines, champion responsible AI, and craft executive-level narratives to secure decisions and momentum with senior leaders.

• Hands-on AI fluency beyond basic chat or content generation.
• Experience applying AI to real workflows or decision processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the multi-year vision for shopping innovation and AI strategy.
• Define AI roles in the shopping ecosystem, balance automation with human judgment.
• Build an experimentation agenda to test value, trust, and feasibility.
• Partner across marketing, product, design, analytics, technology, legal, risk and controls.
