The role requires partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape scope, governance, and success criteria, while advancing AI-enabled delivery tools and responsible AI adoption.

The position emphasizes autonomous decision-making, data‑driven planning, and building a resilient operating model.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in technology service delivery or IT program management.
• Proven leadership in building delivery teams and fostering accountability.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools and intelligent automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive engagement.
• Strong data-driven decision making with BI dashboards and governance awareness.
• Deep expertise in AI with track record of responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy.
• Provides executive oversight for delivery governance.
• Leads and mentors delivery managers; coaching and development.
• Shapes program scope with senior leaders, product owners and stakeholders.
• Manages risk, resources, and cross-program dependencies; mitigation planning.
• Champions AI-enabled delivery tools and automation adoption.
• Establishes performance metrics and BI dashboards; drives continuous improvement.
• Operates with autonomy reporting to senior technology leadership.
