Qualifications

• 5+ years in Financial Services with data/tech/ops blend in Asset & Wealth Management.
• Delivered in agile environments with backlog discipline and outcome-based execution.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data validation and hypothesis testing.
• Practical fluency with AI and Agentic AI for data products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a critical data domain from intake to outcomes.
• Run the product operating cadence: intake, prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and releases.
• Define problem statements, use cases, success metrics, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Design a modernization roadmap spanning data platform evolution, quality tooling, and metadata enablement.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve processing and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Business, Technology, and Controls.
• Manage dependencies across teams and release trains; ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Measure delivery metrics and use them to refine the roadmap.
