• Understanding of AI-powered development tools and team implications.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights from adoption metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-powered tools and determine how they enable faster piloting and MVP designs across D3 product teams.
• Lead product acceleration and cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Develop AI-assisted resource allocation models tied to P&L, growth opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Define evolution of product lifecycle with data teams and BI stripes.
• Identify future skills and development paths for product managers in an AI-augmented world.
• Manage risk and controls, ensuring AI tools meet data protection and regulatory standards.
• Track impact of AI adoption on productivity and report to senior leadership via OKRs.
