Job summary

• Engage with guests and upsell program enrollments and store services.
• Coordinate event add-ons and communicate with clients and team members.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork; adjust plans per client feedback.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
