Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help our residents live active, engaging lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programs.

You will promote events, assist with organizing games, art, music, and other activities, and help residents connect with one another and the community. A driver’s license is required for occasional transport, and a friendly, energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Use talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia to engage residents.
• Exercise your creativity and bring energy to activities.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programs.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize games, painting, singing and music.
• Utilize social media, email and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
