Brightview Senior Living seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead an active, vibrant life through diverse programming. You will learn residents’ preferences, plan engaging spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities, and assist with events daily.

The role involves promoting events, organizing activities, and occasionally driving residents to events. A positive, energetic personality and creativity are valued to enrich life at Brightview.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run games, painting, singing, music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
