Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life. You will plan and run programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities, and promote upcoming events in the community.

If you love singing, painting, games and community engagement, you will fit right in. A driver’s license is requested for occasional transportation; compensation includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing. Healthcare, Hospitality, Activities, Activity Assistant, Event Planning, Life Enrichment, Programming Assistant, Recreation

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
