Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help plan and run engaging activities for residents, fostering an active and vibrant life.

You will support a wide range of programs, from games and lectures to poetry and painting, and may assist with the Volunteer program. A positive attitude and energy are essential, with occasional driving responsibilities for residents to events.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• We hope you9ll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to help plan and implement engaging activities and programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events.
• Assist with managing the Volunteer program.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Provide training for Vibrant Living Assistants.
