Job summary

Hard Rock Daytona Beach is seeking a Vibe Manager to drive music programing and guest-focused service across the property.

The role leads brand amenity initiatives, curates playlists by time and area, and builds relationships with artists and talents to elevate the guest experience. You will collaborate with departments, train staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep understanding of local music scene.
• Experience with PCMusic platform.

Responsibilities

• Build business by leveraging brand amenity programs to differentiate the property.
• Organize and manage local events to showcase the property and brand.
• Initiate agreements with entertainment artists for local support and performances.
• Oversee social media to ensure brand voice consistency.
• Serve as spokesperson for Vibe initiatives and brand.
• Monitor and adjust music playlists by location and time of day.
• Develop staff training on music, culture, and Rock brand.
