Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino seeks a Manager, VIBE to lead the implementation and execution of the VIBE program within the Entertainment Department. You will manage RX Music, lighting, and video activation, while guiding A/V projects across the property to align with brand standards and guest expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least three years in customer service or entertainment with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment, Engineering, Music Theory or related field required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service, music and/or entertainment industry.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a related field (AV/entertainment) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and first-line maintenance of RX Music, lighting, and activation programming systems.
• Direct project management and strategic vision for all VIBE A/V projects across Yaamava’ Resort & Casino.
• Oversee budget process and vendor bids to ensure competitive pricing for VIBE tech and equipment.
• Ensure brand standards by monitoring VIBE performance and guest feedback; adjust systems as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Senior Manager and VIBE team for reporting updates and escalation resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest, employee, and company information.
