Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Manager, VIBE to implement and execute the VIBE program within the Entertainment Department, ensuring AV systems, lighting, and music align with brand standards and guest expectations.

The role oversees project management for all VIBE A/V initiatives, budgets, and vendor bids, while leading a team in a high-energy casino environment to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment, Engineering, Music Theory or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, music and/or entertainment industry.
• Experience in audio/visual systems, lighting, or entertainment programming.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RX Music, lighting, and activation programming; execute playlists and content.
• Lead AV project management across Yaamava’, coordinating events within budget.
• Manage financials for VIBE projects; oversee budget and vendor bids; install and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Ensure operations meet brand standards; respond to guest feedback and adjust systems.
• Act as liaison between Senior Manager and VIBE team; report updates.
• Uphold brand confidentiality and support Yaamava' culture.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
