Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Manager, VIBE, to drive the implementation and execution of the VIBE program across the Entertainment Department. You will oversee RX Music, lighting, and activation systems, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment, Engineering, Music Theory or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service, music and/or entertainment.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a-related field including audio/visual systems, lighting, or entertainment programming.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations and maintenance of RX Music, lighting, and activation programming systems.
• Directs project management and strategic visioning for all VIBE A/V projects.
• Holds responsibility for financial accounting and reconciliation for VIBE A/V projects; oversees budget and bids.
• Ensures brand standards and coordinates with senior management; maintains guest experience quality.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
