Job summary

Responsibilities

• Call on target, current and prospective customers to generate sales and grow market share.
• Use MWI tools, Outlook, and Territory Manager site for planning and execution.
• Understand vet clinics’ needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with veterinarians and clinics.
• Review sales analyses and supplier reports for planning.
• Maintain a written call cycle and share updates with ISR and Regional Manager.
• Stay current on full line of MWI products and services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales programs, promotions, and products.
• Create account profiles and respond to customer communications promptly.
• Demo and detail new products and promotions to customers.
• Ensure timely reporting and achievement of sales goals and budgets.
• Serve as a business resource on inventory, equipment, and product decisions.
• Collaborate with internal staff to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a professional vehicle and support materials in the field.
• Work with vendors and Product Specialists to support customers.
• Provide required information to leadership on planned activities.
• Participate in calls and meetings as requested.
