BluePearl Pet Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team of veterinary professionals.

Position: Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Pay Range: $27.45 - $43.01/hour

*This pay band depends on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

Competitive Shift Differentials: Earn more with our shift differentials!

• Weekday Night (Mon-Fri 6p to 8a): $3.50
• Weekend Day (Sat-Sun 8a to 6p): $3.50
• Weekend Night (Sat-Sun 6p to 8a): $5.00

Responsibilities:

• Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, clinical skills, and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to proactively address patient and client needs and manage escalated situations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for technician staff.
• Identify and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Provide leadership feedback and develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
