Job summary

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (TX Eligible) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Veterinary Technician experience required.
• Lead Technician or management experience preferred.
• Strong technical and patient-care skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support appointments and patient care on the hospital floor.
• Assist with surgery and anesthesia monitoring.
• Mentor Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Promote a positive, collaborative leadership culture.
• Support hospital operations, staffing, and workflow improvements.
