Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (TX eligible) with 3+ years in veterinary tech.
• Strong technical and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive leadership mindset with mentoring interest.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising veterinary support staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical floor operations while providing hands-on patient care.
• Mentor Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants.
• Support appointments, surgery, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Oversee staffing coverage, onboarding, and training.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and client service.
