Animal Medical Center of Austin is seeking an experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician Manager to join our leadership team, blending hands-on veterinary care with leadership, business operations, and team development. You will lead the technical floor, mentor technicians, assist with surgeries and anesthesia, and partner with leadership to drive operational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (or TX Eligible).
- Minimum 3 years of Veterinary Technician experience.
- Lead Technician/Supervisor experience preferred.
- Strong technical and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive leadership mindset and desire to mentor others.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veterinary Technicians and Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Mentor staff and support onboarding and training.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control.
- Collaborate with Medical Director and leadership for operational goals.
- Support hospital growth and financial performance.
