This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Veterinary Technician leader who enjoys mentoring others, improving hospital operations, and making a meaningful impact while continuing to work directly with patients, clients, doctors, and the technical team. As our Veterinary Technician Manager, you will serve as a key member of the hospital leadership team while remaining actively involved on the treatment floor. You will spend a significant portion of your time in scrubs supporting appointments, assisting with surgery and anesthesia, helping manage patient flow, mentoring team members, and ensuring the hospital operates efficiently each day.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will partner closely with the Medical Director, Regional Operations Manager, and Innovetive Petcare leadership team to support hospital operations, team development, financial performance, employee engagement, and business growth.
