Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (or TX Eligible)
• Minimum of 3 years of Veterinary Technician experience
• Lead Technician, Supervisor experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive leadership mindset and desire to mentor others

Responsibilities

• Work on the hospital floor alongside doctors, technicians, assistants, and client care team members
• Support appointments and patient care; assist with surgery and anesthesia monitoring
• Mentor Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants; assist with training and onboarding
• Support hospital operations, payroll review, inventory management, and scheduling
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to hospital growth and financial performance
• Maintain high standards for patient care and client service
