Compensation

Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT/VTS): $25.00–$35.00/h plus shift differential
Experienced Veterinary Technician (Unlicensed): $22.00–$25.00/h plus shift differential

What You’ll Do

Supporting veterinarians during emergency exams, treatments, and procedures
Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with emergency surgeries and post‑operative care
Providing emergency nursing care and first aid to injured or recovering patients
Preparing patients and surgical instruments for procedures
Monitoring and interpreting vital signs, including blood pressure, ECG, SpO₂, and EtCO₂
Collecting laboratory samples and performing in‑house diagnostics
Operating digital radiography and advanced diagnostic equipment
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Accurately documenting patient histories and medical records
Maintaining clean, sterile, and organized treatment, exam, and lab areas
Mentoring and supporting fellow technicians and assistants

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 1+ years of emergency veterinary technician experience
ECC/CVT/LVT/RVT credentials encouraged
Strong anesthesia monitoring and surgical assisting skills
Experience with post‑operative and emergency patient care
Ability to assess patient condition and respond in fast‑paced situations
