Dermatology for Animals in Salt Lake City is hiring a Veterinary Technician for a full-time role with no weekends. You will care for patients, assist clients, perform venipuncture, monitor anesthesia, and support clinical procedures with a compassionate approach.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly wage of $20–$24, along with benefits such as a 401(k) with employer match, mental health resources, paid parental leave, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Licensure strongly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with venipuncture, IV catheters, sample prep.
• Experience monitoring sedation/anesthesia.

Qualifications and skills:

• At least 1 year experience as a Veterinary Technician
• Veterinary Technician Licensure strongly preferred but not required

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good technician skills, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, specimen preparation, safe restraint of cats and dogs
