Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
• Active RVT certification required.
• Strong anesthesia skills expected.

Responsibilities

Dermatology for Animals is looking for a full-time Dermatology Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Akron, OH.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care by providing comprehensive assistance throughout each visit. This impactful work includes hands-on support with dermatology treatments and laboratory testing, as well as essential services such as patient intake, monitoring and discharge.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
• RVT (active and current)

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $26-$30/hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
