Job description

A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Hanover is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic Veterinary Technician to join the team. If you have the following qualifications, apply today!

Qualifications

1. A current Veterinary Technician License in good standing is preferred (pay rate negotiable for licensed tech)
2. At least 1-year of hands-on experience previously working as a Veterinary Technician
3. The desire to perform a multitude of veterinary technician tasks including blood draws, catheter placement, obtaining urine/stool samples, surgical preparation and assistance, and MORE!
4. Surgical experience is a plus as we regularly perform routine soft tissue surgery and dental cleanings.
5. A learning mindset as it is never too late to learn new skills or to improve the ones you already have
6. Attention to detail and a high degree of organization
7. A positive, friendly demeanor is a MUST!

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time opening with NO WEEKENDS! Your availability should align with our hours of operation as follows:

1. Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
