Position Details:

• Title: Patient Care Manager - Specialty & ER
• Work Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $35.65 - $55.70 (dependent on licensing, experience, and competency assessment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or Advanced Patient Care Associate and maintain related skills.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood and met.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource for staff regarding operations, patient care, and skill development.
• Mentor staff, demonstrating positive work habits and clinical skills.
• Identify and resolve workplace conflicts to promote effective teamwork.
• Coach staff to foster a culture of high performance and productivity.
• Communicate effectively about protocols, policies, and changes.
• Build positive relationships across the hospital to support teamwork.
• Implement process improvements and coordinate ongoing training.
• Document performance issues and participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
