You'll manage consultations, scheduling, billing questions, and medical record updates, ensuring a seamless client experience in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical consultations, appointments, and follow-up visits.
• Serve as primary contact for Surgery clients, managing calls and messages with compassion.
• Guide pet owners through the surgical process and maintain clear communication with the clinical team.
• Review treatment estimates and assist with billing and insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation of appointments and communications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, technicians, and staff to maintain workflow and continuity of care.
• Provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations.
