Qualifications

• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services.
• Manage routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team.

• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, information and invoices.
