This role supports practice managers and COS to ensure clear communication with clients, associates, field leadership, and central team support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or veterinary technician certification preferred.
• Two years of healthcare or veterinary experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraprofessional staff and coordinate hospital operations on shift.
• Perform CSC and veterinary assistant duties as needed to support care and client service.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services, and ensure accurate patient records.
• Assist with scheduling, invoices, and front-desk responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas.
