Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, support the Practice Manager, and ensure outstanding client and pet experiences. The Shift Lead also covers Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed, while maintaining high standards of care and service.

You will help plan schedules, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain Banfield dress and grooming guidelines, contributing to a productive, positive hospital culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan time off.
