Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to supervise the veterinary team, support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff, and help ensure exceptional client and patient care while guiding hospital operations toward productivity and profitability. The Shift Lead also performs Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.

The role requires override hours including weekends and evenings, with a focus on delivering Banfield standards of care,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the hospital team.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional client and patient experiences while maintaining Banfield protocols.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
