Job summary

Medical Management International, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, supporting leadership to maximize hospital productivity and quality care for pets and clients.

You will work with the Practice Manager or COS to ensure effective communication, adherence to Banfield protocols, and a positive, productive team culture while delivering exceptional service and client education.

Qualifications

• Two years of veterinary hospital experience minimum.
• Commitment to excellent client and pet care.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Assist Practice Manager/COS in guiding hospital operations.
• Provide professional and efficient client education about plans and services.
• Schedule staff to meet client needs while planning time off and CE.
