Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team, ensuring high-quality care, and delivering exceptional client service. This role may also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.

The Shift Lead will model Banfield’s Five Principles, oversee scheduling, and help maintain efficient operations while keeping the client and pet experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• English language proficiency required for duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Lead and supervise team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
